Matured at low temperatures in an ice house since 2017, this exceptional Junmai sake develops a beautifully mellow character with harmonious, layered flavours.

Made with Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 70%, this muroka (non-charcoal-filtered) sake preserves its natural depth and complexity. When served chilled, it reveals delicate aromas of white peach and yellow apple. At room temperature, the flavour profile evolves, bringing out inviting notes of banana bread, cantaloupe and flowers.

A distinctive vintage Japanese sake, ideal for those who appreciate traditional brewing techniques and the sophisticated flavours of aged sake.
